Email

Email notifications are sent to a list of email addresses when a monitor detects changes. You can provider multiple email addresses (upto 10).

Setup

1. Go to Notifications in your dashboard.
2. In Email section, click on "Connect".
3. Add at least one recipient email address. You can add more.
4. Click Save.
5. Once saved, enable the email notifications by toggling the switch.

Adding Multiple Recipients

Click + Add more to add additional email addresses. Each address receives a copy of every notification. You can add up to 10 recipients per configuration.

When multiple recipients are configured, each email is sent to each recipient. If one recipient fails, the email is still sent to the remaining recipients. Use this to configure backup recipients.

Troubleshooting

Not receiving emails

• Check your spamfolder.
• Verify the email address is correct.
• Make sure email notification is enabled (toggle should be on).
